Regis Spriggs, ages 63, passed away quietly on February 2, 2017. Loving son of Betty Trice; Brother of Edward, John, William, James, David, Joann, Andrea, Estelle, and Jessie. Regis was preceded in death by one sister, Michelle. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of other relatives and friends.
