Chandra Heard Obituary

Chandra Ja 'net Heard passed away at the age of 41 after a prolonged battle with Lupus on February 15, 2022. Chandra, the daughter of Ronald Heard, Sr. and the late Gloria Heard, was their third child (only girl) and was born on January 27, 1981. She was a joy to her loving parents. Chandra attended Pittsburgh Public Schools during her elementary years. When her family relocated to Wilkinsburg, she attended Wilkinsburg's Junior/Senior High School. Following high school Chandra attended a number of post secondary schools, which include Bidwell Training Center, Community College of Allegheny, Carlow College and Pork Park College. She received a certificate from Bidwell Training Center in Business Management and an Associate Degree from Community College of Allegheny. After her time with formal education, she began her career with Achievers, where she worked with the special need population providing many services for them. Chandra was quiet but a strong individual. She loved working on her computer. She actual used her computer to search and research some of her family members.
Chandra leaves to mourn her father Ronald Heard, two brothers James Heard and Ronald Heard Jr., one uncle William Heard (Shirley), three aunts Norma Heard, Mary Robinson, Brenda
Mathis and a host of relatives and friends.
